Tiger Blue sails the islands between Raja Ampat, the Banda Sea and Komodo and itineraries include land adventures, plenty of water sports and a choice of diving or snorkeling in stunning natural landscapes.
The Cabins
Tiger Blue offers a total of five ensuite cabins, sleeping up to 12 adults. Designed to cater to a variety of group configurations, there are three king cabins, one twin cabin and a family suite. The additional family suite at the bow is equipped with a king bed and two twin beds suitable for a couple and their children or a group of up to four friends.
All cabins have individual air-conditioners, and the bathrooms are stocked with Tiger Blue’s own line of environmentally friendly toiletries for keeping chemicals out of the seas for future generations. The shower areas are unusually spacious for a boat this size with marine toilets.
Dining and Lounge Facilities
The heart of the boat is the dining area on the main deck, made for sitting around the table, swapping stories and tales of the day’s adventures while the incredible chefs serve world-class meals. Enjoy breathtaking views from the aft deck, which is also equipped with its own dining table and lounge area.
Between the day’s activities bask in the sun in one of four loungers on the top deck, or cool down below in the shade of the covered decks. The bean bags on deck are also an ideal space for lounging under the night sky, particularly if it means falling asleep under the stars.
Exploring Underwater Worlds
Tiger Blue’s friendly crew includes a licensed PADI Instructor and a PADI Divemaster for guiding guests to discover Indonesia’s renowned, world-class dive sites. Descend into Raja Ampat’s crystal clear waters to see the highest concentrations of fish and biodiversity on the planet, or try some of the most exciting diving in Komodo’s fierce currents, which are bustling with marine life.
While diving is one of Tiger Blue’s strong points, she is not just a dive boat and the crew prides itself on its ability to cater to all kinds of guest preferences. Included in all charters are an array of other water and land based activities. Try wakeboarding or waterskiing from one of the tenders, or engage in more leisurely activities such as hiking, fishing or snorkeling.
Tiger Blue Private Charters and Cabin Cruises
Tiger Blue’s service concept is designed around exciting sea safaris where guests experience Indonesia’s bounties both above and below the surface. She can be chartered privately or on an individual cabin basis for set itineraries.
Tiger Blue follows the seasons, chasing favorable weather in Komodo from April to September and sails in Raja Ampat from November to March. In between seasons, Tiger Blue offers limited cruises of discovery through the less visited Banda Sea, retracing the Spice Routes through the Forgotten Islands.
